Q: The game is too slow / fast.
A: Try VIDEO OPTIONS / V-SYNC ON and OFF.
Dream Match Tennis needs GeForce FX 5200 level (graphics accelerator) for a
comfortable play.
Q: When I launch the game, it
says "Can't read texture / model".
A: Please uninstall and reinstall the game.
Q: The
game doesn't run / d3d9.dll was not found.
A: Make sure that you have the latest version of DirectX and Video
Card Driver.

Q: I purchased a game, but I have not received my registration code.
A:
It may take a few hours to receive the code.
If you don't receive the code for 24 hours,
contact us with your name, address and email which were used
when you purchased the game.
Make sure that your
email is correct, and disable any anti spam software and service (especially
AOL).
Q: I don't have a credit card. Are there other methods of payment?
A: Other payment methods are PayPal, Bank Wire Transfer, Check and Money
Order.
The bank is located in USA.
Q: Are online payments safe?
A: We are under contract with Plimus (http://www.plimus.com/)
for processing
online orders and collecting payments for our games.
We have not heard any negative reputation about Plimus.
They don't let us know credit card information.
So we believe online payments are safe.
Q: I purchased the game. Do I have to download anything? Am I going to
receive CD?
A: The games are sharewares. You don't have to download
anything.
Just enter your registration code into the demo version, then the game will be
full version.
We will not ship CD.

Q: My registration code doesn't work. / I have upgraded the game, but I
cannot find Registration button.
A: Please make sure that you launch the right edition (Basic/Online/Pro)
Q: How do I save & load games?
A: You can save World Tour and Exhibition only.
Save & load are available before a toss.
Q: When I try to login, it says "Already logged".
A: If you failed to logout properly, you have to wait 15 minutes to login
again.
Q: I cannot join online games.
A: For most of the cases, you cannot join because of the host.
If you fail in the Host Test, please refer to the Internet
Troubleshooting.
